This is a quote from a letter Albert Einstein wrote to his eleven year old son:

"I am glad that you enjoy the piano. This and woodworking are in my opinion the most desirable occupations for your age, more than school. These are suitable things for young people like you. Play the piano, especially music that you enjoy, even if it was not assigned to you for practice by your teacher. This is the best way to learn much, with joy, so that one is not aware of the time passing."
